Was thinking of going for someone really overweight, just for that closing scene where he steps across the crowd… But finally I went with another Aussie who comes from a comedy background, but can actually still act- Eric Bana. “Call that a knife?” Hulk Smash!! ‘Gold Jerry! Gold!’



Jolie will be my Sue Charlton, again she can play it straight, but keep it light at the same time, a perfect match for Bana, and plus I get to look up loads of images of her for the accompanying image with this piece.



Walter is going to be played by real life killer/loon Mark ‘Chopper’ Read. He and Bana already have a connection, and if you don’t think he’d pass as Reilly, buy the ‘Chopper’ dvd and check out the extras, a case of see it to believe it if there ever was one…



The Latino Bad guy has got to be Ricardo Montalban. These days there aren’t enough hard man Latino actors out there. They’re all to damn handsome. Got to go old school on this one! His main henchman will be the bloke from Bonanza. Oh yeah, and they’ll both be wearing black neckties!!
